Клиентом "Гермеса" он стал в 2015 году. У него было два счета "Виста", на которые он внес 9 тыс. евро. Второй счет, как он утверждает, был подарочный — за вступление в кооператив в 2017 году: за него не был предусмотрен ажио (невозвратная сумма — комиссия "Гермеса").
